Meet The Team
Born in the Peak District, Holly has always had a passion for the outdoors & fitness. As a Personal Trainer Holly has a high energy attitude that will keep you all motivated throughout the classes. She has recently took part in the Maverick 46KM Peak District Race! Holly ensures each retreat is full of fitness, food & fun.
Kerrie currently teaches fitness classes and courses in the Peak District (so if you are local to the area check out Kerries Classes (KerrieWestFitness). Her passion for the Pilates method is contagious, after a class you will feel more energised and most definitely motivated. Kerrie will be teaching the first class of the retreat - kickstarting your fitness for the weekend.
With 12 years of experience in cooking from a rossette restaurant to an award winning gastro pub and even his recipes are in the Derbyshire Cook Books - your in for a real treat. Luke will be fuelling you with nutrient rich meals that include ingredients that are sourced locally. Check out the menu for the retreat it will make your mouth water.
Kathryn is a local nutritionist who believes that a good diet is a personal; one that is right for each individual. With so much choice, it can be tough knowing what is the healthiest option. Kathryn will be hosting a relaxed seminar, giving you some great tips on nutrition - so if you have any questions Kathryn is here to help.
Katie will be instructing the Saturday evening Yin & Yang yoga style class. Katie is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor specialising in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. She takes a holistic approach to the practice and teaches her classes around the Philosophy of Yoga and the Ancient Sacred Veda.
Alice will be instructing the Sunday restorative Yoga class - it will leave you feeling relaxed and recharged. Alice specialises in physiotherapy informed Yoga in the heart of the beautiful Peak District.
